NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been received from Oakley Hall Park Limited in respect of Oakley Hall Hotel for the licensing of 8 rooms as approved premises for civil marriages and civil partnerships.
The effect of the Order as confirmed will divert the public footpath running from SU 5073 6227 to SU 5076 6227, to a line running north of this route between the same grid references, as shown on the Order map.
Hampshire County Council, having made an Order under Section 14(1)a of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to allow for works in connection with housing development, has been directed by the Secretary of State for Transport that the order shall continue in force.
The above Order will will divert part of East Woodhay Footpath 26 along the field boundary to East Woodhay Bridleway 27 continuing in a southerly direction to connect with Faccombe Footpath 2, the Order will also divert part of East Woodhay Bridleway 27 to run parallel, just south of the original line.
