THE HAMPSHIRE (EAST HAMPSHIRE DISTRICT NO.28) (PARISH OF EAST TISTED - PART OF FOOTPATH NO.8) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2022

On the 4 January 2023 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath in the Parish of East Tisted from its current alignment commencing at East Tisted Footpath 4 continuing in a south-westerly direction to SU 7019 3311 to a new alignment commencing at East Tisted Footpath 4 and continuing in a south-westerly direction along the access track to SU 7019 3311. The second section will divert the path from its current alignment commencing at SU 7016 3307 and continuing in a south-westerly direction across an arable field to SU 6983 3312, to a new alignment commencing at SU 7032 3319 proceeding in a south-westerly direction along the access track to a junction at SU 7008 3300 and continuing in a north-westerly direction to SU 6983 3312.

THE HAMPSHIRE (EAST HAMPSHIRE DISTRICT NO.29) (PARISH OF NEWTON VALENCE - PART OF RESTRICTED BYWAY NO.31) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2022)

On the 4 January 2023 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the restricted byway in the Parish of Newton Valence from its current alignment commencing at SU 7362 3158 a junction with road U.230 and Newton Valence Bridleway 23 and proceeding south-westward through Kings Farm to SU 7357 3151, to a new alignment commencing at SU 7362 3158 proceeding in a south-easterly direction along Newton Valence Bridleway 23 to SU 7364 3153 and continuing in a south westerly direction along the field edge to SU 7357 3151.
