NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been received from Girlguiding in respect of Foxlease Girlguiding Centre for the licensing of 3 rooms as approved premises for civil marriages and civil partnerships.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath that currently runs from a junction with Bishops Waltham Footpath 26 in a south-westerly direction across paddocks for approximately 217m to a point just east of Bishops Waltham Restricted Byway 47. The diverted route will proceed westward from the same junction with Footpath 26 for approximately 242m to a field boundary, continuing in a south-westerly direction to rejoin Footpath 26 to the east of Restricted Byway 47.
The effect of the Order as confirmed will create a public footpath in the Parish of Denmead commencing at a junction with Denmead Footpath 26 proceeding in an easterly direction for approximately 14 metres and continuing south to a junction with Uplands Road.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to modify the definitive map and statement for the area by recording a restricted byway commencing at a point on Charles’s Lane, proceeding in a south easterly direction to a junction with Bagnum Lane.
GENERAL NATURE AND EFFECTS OF THE ORDER: Will be to implement a 50mph speed limit on the following roads at Ringwood:
- U121 Kingston Service Road between its junction with the B3347 Christchurch Road and its junction with U121 Rod Lane.
- U121 Old Road Kingston between its junction with B3347 Christchurch Road and its junction with U121 Moorhouse Lane
- U121 Moorhouse Lane for its entire length.
