GENERAL NATURE AND EFFECTS OF THE ORDERS: To amend roads and lengths in “The Hampshire (Various Roads, Romsey Extra, Ampfield, North Baddesley, Chilworth and Chandler's Ford Areas) (Restricted Road and 30, 40 and 50 Miles Per Hour Speed Limit) Order 2017” order for more accurate measurements and to introduce speed limits on roads as described below.

THE HAMPSHIRE (EAST ANTON FARM ROAD, ANDOVER) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) (BUS GATE) ORDER 2022

GENERAL NATURE AND EFFECTS OF THE ORDER: will be to prohibit vehicles, except local buses in order to create a bus gate in that length of East Anton Farm Road, Andover between a point 60 metres west of its junction with Cheviot Road and the southern kerb-line of its junction with the car park entrance to Endeavour Primary School, an approximate distance of 75 metres. Enforcement will be by way of photographic evidence and will be managed by the County Council’s parking contractor.

TRAFFIC ORDER PROPOSALS : STONER HILL, STEEP 30 AND 40 MILES PER HOUR SPEED LIMITS

THE GENERAL NATURE AND EFFECT OF THE ORDER: Will be to impose new 30 and 40 miles per hour speed limits at Steep as follows: 1. 30mph C18 Stoner Hill between a point 12 metres south of its junction with the southern access road leading to Ridge Farm and a point 182 metres north of that point. 2. 40mph C18 Stoner Hill between a point 30 metres south of its junction with Ashford Lane and a point 378 metres north of that point. This order will revoke and consolidate an existing order with no change of substance save for the additions above and minor descriptive changes to correct several anomalies

THE GENERAL NATURE AND EFFECT OF THE ORDER :- will be, for a period of 18 months to prohibit vehicles with a gross maximum weight exceeding 7.5 tonnes travelling northbound to proceed in the entire length of Junction Bridge at Brockenhurst.
