The above-named Order, made on 26 October 2023 under Sections 118 and 26 of the Highways Act 1980 will create a public footpath in the parish of West Tytherley, commencing at SU 2741 2991 at a junction with public road The Village (C202) and continuing in a generally south-easterly direction, navigating around existing buildings. From SU 27462 29884 the route proceeds in a north-easterly and then southerly direction around the boundary of a private garden to a junction with West Tytherley Footpath 3.Rights of Way – Legal Order Hampshire County Council Test Valley

THE HAMPSHIRE (TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL NO.37) (PARISH OF HOUGHTON – FOOTPATH NO. 7) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2023
On the 12 October 2023 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath from its original alignment commencing at a point on Houghton Footpath 7 SU 3401 3481 proceeding north-westward through Houghton Down Farm to a junction with Road A.30 Salisbury Road, to a new alignment commencing at SU 3401 3481 and proceeding in a north-easterly direction following the field boundary to SU 3416 3523 and continuing in a north-westerly direction to a junction with Houghton BOAT 13.Rights of Way – Legal Order Hampshire County Council Test Valley
