Will be to vary the existing Principal Order: “The Hampshire (Fareham) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2023.” Which will replace existing maps and impose further prohibitions and restrictions of waiting that coincide with works currently undertaken to improve access and ease congestion.
It is proposed that the age range for Merton Infant School, Basingstoke is lowered to enable preschool children aged 2, 3 and 4 year olds are able to attend. The governing body is proposing is to take over the management of the existing on-site provision.
The above-named Order, made on 18 October 2023 under Sections 118 and 26 of the Highways Act 1980 will create a footpath in the parish of Hook commencing at a point on Hook Footpath 12 at SU 7361 5515 and continuing in a westerly direction for approximately 275 metres and turning in a south then south-easterly direction to connect with Hook Footpath 13. The extinguishment order will extinguish that part of Hook Footpath 13 that commences at a junction with Hook Footpath 12 at SU 7361 5515 and continues in a westerly direction for approximately 248 metres to Searls Lane.
