On 16 November 2021 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980.
The effect of the Order as confirmed will create a public footpath at West End running between West End Footpath 11b and Ash Drive.
The above named Order, made on 14 October 2021 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish part of Bishopstoke Footpath 736 between Footpaths 523 and 522, and parts of Bishopstoke Footpath 781 (between Beaver Drive and Footpath 736). The parts of the paths to be extinguished have been obstructed for many years and are therefore unavailable for public use; alternative footpaths have already been recorded.
On the 14 October 2021 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath that currently commences at a point on the U260 Road and continues in an easterly, then south easterly direction to a point north of Haydown Farm. The diverted route will commence at a junction with the U260 Road and the access road to Reeds Farm House, continuing in a south-easterly direction rejoin the route at a point north of Haydown Farm.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to record a bridleway commencing at a point on Cranbourne Lane and proceeding in a northerly direction through an underpass and continuing northwards through the school grounds to a junction with Wessex Close.
