Changes to Council Tax Discounts for Empty Properties from 1st April 2019
On 7th January 2019, Fareham Borough Council resolved to make changes to Council Tax Discounts and Premiums with effect from 1st April 2019. These changes are being made in accordance with the following Legislation: The Local Government Finance Act 2012 and The Rating (Property in Common Occupation) and Council Tax (Empty Dwellings) Act 2018 to allow changes to certain Council Tax Discounts and Premiums.
