The above named Order, made on 22 October 2020 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert Fareham Footpath 36. The diverted route commences at a point on Heath Lane (Footpath 38) and proceeds in a south-westerly direction to follow the current field boundary for approximately 1129 metres, continuing in a westerly direction to a point on Brownwich Lane (Footpath 37).
The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert part of Fordingbridge Footpath 68, commencing at a junction with Southampton Road, proceeding generally eastward through a kissing gate, across a field path to a pedestrian gate to continue on the existing footpath.
The above named Order made on 13 January 2021, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by recording a restricted byway commencing at a point on Charles’s Lane, proceeding in a south easterly direction to a junction with Bagnum Lane.
