(Draft) TRAFFIC ORDER PROPOSALS: VARIOUS ROADS, FAREHAM, GOSPORT AND TEST VALLEY DISTRICTS – CHANGES TO PARKING PERMITS

To introduce virtual permits for designated permit parking places in Fareham, Gosport and Test Valley; and To allow checking of a valid permit for a parked vehicle by means of a handheld device and an electronic database approved by the Council as an alternative to displaying a valid permit in the vehicle when parked in a permit parking place.
