THE HAMPSHIRE (HART DISTRICT NO.5) (PARISH OF YATELEY) PUBLIC PATH CREATION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2020
On 23 November 2022 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed will create three public Bridleways across Yateley Common. The first commences at a point on Yateley Footpath 47, continuing in a southerly, then south-easterly direction for approximately 586 metres at which point an additional bridleway proceeds south-westward for approximately 96 metres. A third route commences at a point on Bridleway 16 and proceeds north-westwards and then north-eastwards over Bridleway 15, as shown on the order map. All routes will connect with the diverted routes of existing bridleways, as set out in The Hampshire (Hart District No.3) (Parish of Yateley – Part of Footpath 47, Bridleway17,20a, 20b, & 26) Public Path Diversion Order 2017. -
