TRAFFIC ORDER PROPOSALS: AMENDMENTS TO SPEED LIMITS IN B3420 ANDOVER ROAD / ANDOVER ROAD NORTH, WINCHESTER

The general nature and effect of the Order: will be to impose a 40mph speed limit (existing 50mph) on that length of B3420 Andover Road / Andover Road North between a point 671 metres north-west of its junction with Park Road and a point 100 metres north-west of that point.

GENERAL NATURE AND EFFECT OF THE ORDER: will be to extend the existing 30 miles per hour speed limit (by virtue of a system of street lighting) for approximately 110 metres east of its existing point 198 metres east of its junction with Marshall Drive (existing 40 mph speed limit).
