THE HAMPSHIRE (TEST VALLEY BOROUGH NO.31) (PARISH OF PENTON MEWSEY) PUBLIC PATH CREATION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2022
On 23 November 2022 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed will create a public footpath at Penton Mewsey commencing at a junction with Penton Mewsey Footpath 501 at SU 3363 4814 and continuing in a westerly direction around a field edge to SU 3343 4813 and continuing in a southerly direction to a junction with Penton Mewsey Footpath 4Rights of Way – Legal Order Hampshire County Council Test Valley
