THE GENERAL NATURE AND EFFECT OF THE ORDER will be to make permanent the provisions contained in The Hampshire (Whitefield Road / Mary Drake Close, Holbury) (Experimental Prohibition of Driving) (School Street) Order 2021, the effects of which prohibit vehicles from those lengths of Whitefield Road / Mary Drake Close, Holbury (Cadland Primary School access roads), between the hours of 08.15 – 09.00 and 14.30 – 15.15. as part of the School Streets initiative. Enforcement will be by an Authorised Person as specified in the Order.
