THE HAMPSHIRE (HART DISTRICT NO.10) (PARISH OF HOOK) PUBLIC PATH CREATION AND DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2023 AND THE HAMPSHIRE (HART DISTRICT NO.10) (PARISH OF HOOK- PART OF FOOTPATH 13) PUBLIC PATH EXTINGUISHMENT AND DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2023
The above-named Order, made on 18 October 2023 under Sections 118 and 26 of the Highways Act 1980 will create a footpath in the parish of Hook commencing at a point on Hook Footpath 12 at SU 7361 5515 and continuing in a westerly direction for approximately 275 metres and turning in a south then south-easterly direction to connect with Hook Footpath 13. The extinguishment order will extinguish that part of Hook Footpath 13 that commences at a junction with Hook Footpath 12 at SU 7361 5515 and continues in a westerly direction for approximately 248 metres to Searls Lane.
