THE HAMPSHIRE (FAREHAM BOROUGH NO.7) (FAREHAM – PART OF FOOTPATH NO. 3B) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2023

The above-named Order, made on 8 November 2023 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath from its current alignment commencing at SU 4910 0785 and proceeding in a north, to north-westerly direction to SU 4905 0792. The diverted route will run north-eastward into the adjacent woodland before bearing northward and then westward to rejoin the existing route, an overall distance of approximately 129 metres.

MERTON INFANT SCHOOL, BASINGSTOKE – REDUCTION IN AGE RANGE

It is proposed that the age range for Merton Infant School, Basingstoke is lowered to enable preschool children aged 2, 3 and 4 year olds are able to attend. The governing body is proposing is to take over the management of the existing on-site provision.
