On the 14 October 2021 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath that currently commences at a point on the U260 Road and continues in an easterly, then south easterly direction to a point north of Haydown Farm. The diverted route will commence at a junction with the U260 Road and the access road to Reeds Farm House, continuing in a south-easterly direction rejoin the route at a point north of Haydown Farm.
The above named Order, made on 16 November 2021 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish the public footpath commencing at a point on Sutton Wood Lane and continuing northward to a point south of Bighton Hill, at a junction with Bighton Footpath 502.
The effect of the Order as confirmed is to record a bridleway commencing at a point on Cranbourne Lane and proceeding in a northerly direction through an underpass and continuing northwards through the school grounds to a junction with Wessex Close.
