The above-named Order, made on 8 November 2023 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath from its current alignment commencing at SU 4910 0785 and proceeding in a north, to north-westerly direction to SU 4905 0792. The diverted route will run north-eastward into the adjacent woodland before bearing northward and then westward to rejoin the existing route, an overall distance of approximately 129 metres.Rights of Way – Legal Order Hampshire County Council Fareham
