THE HAMPSHIRE (FAREHAM BOROUGH NO.4) (FAREHAM FOOTPATH 36) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2020

The above named Order, made on 22 October 2020 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert Fareham Footpath 36. The diverted route commences at a point on Heath Lane (Footpath 38) and proceeds in a south-westerly direction to follow the current field boundary for approximately 1129 metres, continuing in a westerly direction to a point on Brownwich Lane (Footpath 37).

The above named Order made on 9 December 2020, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by recording a new bridleway between, commencing at a point on Corhampton Road opposite Steynes Farm and proceeding southward through woodland on an existing track for approximately 308 metres, bearing west for approximately 336 metres to Droxford Footpath 1, continuing southwards to a junction with Dundridge Lane.

THE HAMPSHIRE (WINCHESTER CITY NO. 48) (PARISHES OF DROXFORD AND SWANMORE) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2020

The effect of the Order as confirmed will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by upgrading Swanmore Footpath 1 to bridleway status (between U201 Damson Hill to a junction with Droxford Footpaths 3 and 4), by adding a bridleway running north- eastwards from a junction with Droxford Footpaths 3 and 4, running parallel to Footpath 3 through Phrympth Wood a junction with Droxford Bridleway 501 and T201 Shepherds Down Lane, and by recording T201 Sherpherds Down Lane (running between Dundridge Land and Park Lane) as a byway open to all traffic.

THE HAMPSHIRE (EASTLEIGH BOROUGH NO. 27) (PARISH OF HEDGE END) PUBLIC PATH CREATION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2020

The effect of the Order as confirmed will create two public bridleways in the parish of Hedge End, the first commencing at a junction with Hedge End Bridleway 6c and proceeding in a north-westerly direction to a junction with Maunsell Way, and the second commencing at a junction with Maunsell Way and proceeding in a north-westerly direction to a junction with Shamblehurst Way.

THE HAMPSHIRE (CITY OF WINCHESTER NO.46) (PARISH OF CORHAMPTON AND MEONSTOKE) DEFINITIVE MAP MODIFICATION ORDER 2019

The effect of the Order as confirmed is to add a footpath which commences at a junction with Corhampton and Meonstoke Bridleway 5, continuing in a southerly direction to meet Droxford Footpath 1 on the south side of the B3035 at the parish boundary.

On the 13 January 2021 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert Footpath 2 in the Parish of Headbourne Worthy, between SU 47024 34756 and SU 47023 34747, between SU 4702 3465 and SU 4714 3421, and between SU 4708 3388 and SU 4692 3354.
