The above named Order, made on 16 December 2020 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert part of Worldham Footpath 27, commencing from a point south of Green Street and continuing in a south-westerly direction before continuing in a south-easterly direction to rejoin Worldham Footpath 27 ahead of Binswood.

The above named Order, made on 13 January 2021 under Section 119B(1)(b) of the Highways Act 1980, will divert that part of Bentworth Footpath 5 that currently runs from a junction with School Lane at 6642 4037 in a south-easterly direction through the grounds of Saint Mary’s Bentworth C of E Primary School to a junction with Bentworth Footpaths 6 and 7 at SU 6651 4027, to a new alignment commencing approximately 13m south of the existing junction with School Lane at SU 6643 4036 and proceeding in an easterly then southerly direction to the north of the school to a junction with Bentworth Footpath 6 at SU 6659 4036.

The above named Order, made on 13 January 2021 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert that part of Mattingley Footpath 7 that currently runs between a junction with Frog Lane and Mattingley Footpath 8, to a parallel alignment just north of its current position. It will also divert part of Mattingley Footpath 1, from an alignment running between Frog Lane and the north-western corner of Lower Home Copse, to an alignment that commences at a junction with the diverted route of Footpath 7 and runs northwards through Lower Home Copse to the same terminus at the north-western corner of the copse.

The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert part of Mattingley Footpath 14, commencing at a point on the access road to Lynchmere Farm, proceeding in a north-westerly direction across an arable field, through a pedestrian gate and continuing in a westerly direction across another field to rejoin Mattingley Footpath 14 to the north of the farm.

The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert part of Fordingbridge Footpath 68, commencing at a junction with Southampton Road, proceeding generally eastward through a kissing gate, across a field path to a pedestrian gate to continue on the existing footpath.
