The above-named Order, made on 8 November 2023 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath from its current alignment, commencing at a junction with Mayhill Lane at SU 5931 1760 and proceeding in a south-easterly direction for approximately 135 metres to SU 5940 1751; to a new alignment commencing at a junction on Mayhill Lane, approximately 75 metres to the east of the existing terminus at SU 5936 1760, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction for approximately 105 metres to rejoin the existing line of Footpath 10.Rights of Way – Legal Order Hampshire County Council Winchester
