How to pack a rucksack

Your rucksack is very important. Get it right, and it can make your expedition. Get it wrong, and you could be in for a long, uncomfortable journey. Check out the guidance on packing.

Once back at camp, you will then demonstrate your stove safety, cook and pitch tents.

Once you all have eaten and set up camp, your instructor will begin helping you plan your assessed expedition.
