The Caterers’ Challenge asks school catering teams to lay on amazing spreads of vegetable tasters for each week of Eat Them to Defeat Them. These spreads make the veg the hero of lunch and create a perfect opportunity for kids to give them a taste.

Endeavour Primary School’s catering team won this coveted award during the eat them to defeat them campaign for their eye-catching and engaging market stall concept that created the three elements of fun, kids and engagement with veg to encourage pupils to eat their vegetables.

Eat Them To Defeat Them Hall of Fame

In 2022, Anstey Junior School’s catering team made it to the top 20 schools competing to be included in the VegPower hall of fame. The judges particularly like their weekly veg inspired monster creations and their pea and lemon muffins.
