A culinary salon organised in association with the Craft Guild of Chefs aimed at staff employed in education catering who are capable of producing excellent craft pieces. School chef, Leanne Oliver-Pulford won this award for her three tier Pinocchio cake and had the privilege of being invited back as a judge in 2018.
