Supervising Food Safety in Catering Level 3
This Level 3 qualification is designed principally for those who are, or intend to be, supervisors of food handlers within the catering and hospitality industry.
You will gain a broad knowledge of food safety and food hygiene, enabling you to identify problem areas and recommend solutions.

This course is offered to Education Catering staff, private individuals and large groups. The cost for external candidates is £245 excluding VAT. This includes training materials, books, lunch, examination fees and certification.
This course is assessed via multiple choice examination.
Candidates should hold a Level 2 Food safety award prior to undertaking this course. They should also hold a supervisory role within catering.
External candidates will need to provide an acceptable form of photographic I.D (passport or driving license).
