Senior HR Adviser

Emma joined the EPS in January 2023 as a Senior HR Adviser having previously worked as an HR Advisor for Schools (Multi-Academy Trusts) and in Further Education; providing professional HR advice and guidance to Head Teachers and Senior Leaders.

Prior to this, Emma worked in the Private sector, within generalist HR & Recruitment, for Retail Head Offices. Emma is an Associate member of the CIPD and has a BA Hons degree in English Literature and a Post Graduate Diploma (PgDIP) in HR Management, CIPD Level 7. Emma is working as part of a job share with Jo Spargo.
