Katie recently joined EPS having worked for 12 years in legal practice. Katie is a qualified lawyer and has a strong litigation background which has provided her with a keen eye for detail and tactical decision making with a customer focused approach. Katie’s legal background has provided her with the ability to quickly identify the needs of a customer and seek resolution at an early stage, where possible. She believes in a pro-active approach and she always ensures that customers are put at ease.
