Kris joined ESP in June 2024, she started her HR career in 1994, holding a variety of generalist HR roles until latterly specialising in employee relations, complex case management, organisational change and culture.

Kris has spent her career working across a variety of private sector industries including, leisure, retail pharmacy, engineering, financial services and HR consultancy.

Kris has a BA(Hons) European Business Studies, a Post Graduate Diploma in Employment Law and is an Associate member of the CIPD.
