Lucy Breedon

On secondment to Policy & Reward Team

Lucy joined the EPS team in January 2020. She has significant generalist HR experience in the public, private and not for profit sectors within social care and health. She has joined us from Surrey County Council where she worked as a Senior HR Adviser for 10 years coaching managers through complex casework and supporting change programmes. Lucy is passionate about education and keen to support schools as part of the EPS team. Lucy has a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and is a Chartered member of the CIPD.
