Sarah Chadwick

Senior HR Adviser (Policy)

Sarah has worked for Education Personnel Services for over twenty years. Sarah started in the pay and contracts team where she developed an extensive knowledge of pay and terms and conditions. Sarah has also worked as a caseworker supporting schools with a wide range of HR issues. Sarah currently works in the Policy and Reward Team developing guidance, policies and procedures and has particular interests in employee relations, safeguarding and terms and conditions. Sarah has a leading role in advising schools regarding migrant workers and regularly liaise with the Home Office on behalf of schools. Sarah has a postgraduate diploma in Personnel Management and is an associate member of the CIPD.
