Senior HR Adviser
Tom is studying with the CIPD towards a post-graduate certificate in Employment Law and holds a post-graduate certificate in Personnel and Development and a BSc in Sociology with Human Resources Management from the University of Bath. Tom has a HR background in Education and the charity sector. He routinely advises on a broad range of employee relations and HR issues, with specialisms in legal risk analysis, managing misconduct, absence and TUPE.
Tom has conducted research and led HR projects focusing on the EPS training provision, policy review and leadership development; empowering line managers, supporting senior leaders and progressing workable employment solutions.
