Vikki Maxwell

Associate Business Partner

Vikki has worked in HR for 25 years across the local government, private and not-for-profit sectors in training, resourcing and HR consultancy roles.

She joined Hampshire County Council in 2002 and for many years ran the Childrens Services recruitment team. Vikki then had a short break from HCC working in the private sector for 18 months. She returned to HCC and joined Educational Personnel Services Team in 2010 as a casework in the west team.

Since then Vikki and has undertaken several Strategic Adviser roles in the central HR Operations team and EPS Policy and Projects team.

In 2016 Vikki was seconded to the role of HR Change Manager for 3 years to support the Lead HR Business partner in the transformation programmes for Childrens Services. Vikki returned to Education Personnel Services in April 2019 to take up the role of Schools HR Project Manager to support schools with strategic workforce and financial planning.

In August 2020 Vikki took on the permanent role of Schools Casework Manager to manage the school casework service.

Since September 2024, Vikki has been seconded to the Associate Business Partner role in Childrens Services, whilst still maintaining an oversight of the Casework team.

Vikki has a BA (Hons) Degree in Business Studies and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management. Vikki is a Chartered member of the CIPD, Green belt in Lean Six Sigma, a qualified psychometric tester and Assessment Centre Manager.
