Course content and methodology
Initially training data will be used to fully explore:
- Data entry
- Marksheet Analysis
- Tracking grid usage for pupil level tracking
- SIMS reports to measure performance of key groups
Applying skills explored in the training database to identify individual pupil and cohort progress
Apply skills explored in the training database to demonstrate the impact of funding/interventions for vulnerable groups (closing the gap)

Delegates require a full understanding of the HIAS learning and assessment model, and a basic understanding of how to navigate around SIMS pages and browsers. Delegates must have a user account and permissions to access their school’s HCC Centrally Hosted SIMS system.
