Working for HC3S

HC3S hire enthusiastic and customer-focused team members with a passion for healthy food. Full- and part-time vacancies are available across Hampshire, Wiltshire and Dorset.

You could be helping to ensure that primary, secondary or SEN pupils are eating a healthy and nutritious meal each day. Or your role could see you giving great customer service to country park, discovery centre and coffee shop guests. We also have positions for those who specialise in corporate events and workplace catering.

All staff receive health and safety; moving and handling; food safety and allergen training. We encourage those who want to progress to undertake the training they'll need to succeed. All catering roles are subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Student, Food Safety Level 3
We were given lots of opportunity to ask questions and go over subjects we were not sure about. Our trainer was fantastic. She explained everything clearly and thoroughly.
Student, Food Safety Level 3
It made me stand back and look at my kitchen and what I can do to improve things. I enjoyed meeting like minded people – sharing best practice and discussing common issues.
