Bespoke training for HC3S staff
At HC3S, we value all our staff, and appreciate they are critical to our success. We are keen for our staff to grow with us, so we have developed a range of bespoke courses to enhance your development. These include:
- Introduction to Supervision
- The Effective Supervisor
- Leading and Managing Teams
- Confidence in Presenting
- Practical Skills training
All our staff have the opportunity to attend developmental courses appropriate to their role and aspirations. This will be discussed with staff during regular Valuing Performance discussions.
- Customer care
We believe that excellent customer service should be at the heart of what we do. We encourage our staff to undertake a Welcome Host Gold course. Our in-house trainers are fully qualified to deliver this course, in partnership with Tourism South East.
We offer a City and Guilds Level 2 Qualification in The Principles of Customer Service for Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism.
We are also keen to support existing staff to progress and broaden their skills by undertaking an NVQ. This learning is carried out on site with external support from a local college assessor.
