Supervising Food Safety in Catering Level 3
Supervise food handlers within the catering and hospitality industry
This Level 3 qualification is designed principally for those who are, or intend to be, supervisors of food handlers within the catering and hospitality industry.
You will gain a broad knowledge of food safety and food hygiene, enabling you to identify problem areas and recommend solutions.
- Course details
This course is offered to HC3S staff, private individuals and large groups. The cost for external candidates is £150 excluding VAT. This includes training materials, books, lunch, examination fees and certification.
This course is assessed via multiple choice examination.
Candidates should hold a Level 2 Food safety award prior to undertaking this course. They should also hold a supervisory role within catering.
External candidates will need to provide an acceptable form of photographic I.D (passport or driving license).
