The Hampshire Schools IT service level agreement (SLA) defines the services available from Hampshire Schools IT and is designed to give schools maximum choice and flexibility while also recognising the economies that can be achieved by offering standardised solutions from a single local authority provider.
The SLA describes how to access these services and the performance targets Hampshire IT aims to deliver.
The SLA runs for three years and schools can adjust their requirements annually.
