Making a referral

When making this referral, please note that the child is not guaranteed a place on this programme. We aim to accommodate all requests but initial applications are for 110 spaces across the centres. With this in mind, please consider if this is the right programme for your young person. You should ensure that the young person is aware they are being put forward and that they are keen to take up a place.

This application must be made in conjunction with the carer, who needs to be aware that they must be on call at all times throughout the week. It is expected that children will be in a stable placement and able to deal with meeting new people and have a good standard of behaviour.

Referrals open on Tuesday 14 January 2020

We have extended the deadline for applications to Tuesday 3 March 2020. Please note that we only have places available for those in Years 4,5,6, and 9. The residential weeks for those in Years 7 and 8 are now full.
