Hampshire Cultural Trust

Hampshire Cultural Trust works in partnership with local health and community providers to support adults with mental health needs through their Brighter Futures programme.

Participants, who come through partners such as Wellbeing Centres and Social Prescribing networks, attend courses such as Poetry for Wellbeing, Needle Felting and Arts Journaling. This supports them to grow their confidence, develop their emotional resilience and to increase their socialisation. Participants can also self-refer themselves onto these courses.

As restrictions ease, we will also be delivering courses in person across some of our venues.
