If your child’s pass is issued by a bus or coach company, eg. Stagecoach, First, Bluestar, please contact the relevant company for a replacement.

Invoices and payments

If you are getting in touch to make a payment for Home to School Transport, please follow the instructions for your preferred payment method of payment on the reverse of your invoice. If you have a query regarding the invoice you have received, please email community.transport@hants.gov.uk or phone 01962 832191. Please note that confirmation of transport arrangements (Post 16 and Privilege SEN) or the receipt of a bus pass (Mainstream Privilege) may take up to 10 working days after payment has been made against your invoice. Invoices will only be raised once a spare seat on transport has been confirmed.
