Thank you for submitting your SEN transport request
This will now be emailed to the SEN and Home to School Transport teams for visibility of your transport requirements.
What happens next: The School will complete a Transport application on your behalf, this will be sent to the SEN Service to determine the pupil’s eligibility for Local Authority funded transport assistance.
If your application for transport assistance is successful, an approved transport request will be sent to the Home to School Transport Team to set up the travel arrangements. The Transport team will be in contact with you in due course.
