From time to time an employer may outsource their payroll and/or change their provider. To ensure that members of the LGPS are unaffected by this change and to protect employee data, scheme employers must inform Hampshire Pension Services as soon as possible of any pending change.

The employee change of payroll form is for employers to notify us of employees affected by a change of payroll provider whilst active in the LGPS.
- Employer change of payroll provider form to be completed by the employer. This form will let us know your payroll provider details.
- Change of Payroll Provider – Old Payroll Provider to be completed by the old payroll provider. Complete one form for every active employee.
- Change of Payroll Provider – New Payroll Provider to be completed by the new payroll provider. Complete one for all active employees.
