Members who are in the process of claiming their pension can now view the progress of this by using the ‘Track my case’ function on the Member Portal.
This can be found in the menu bar at the top of the page once you have submitted a retirement declaration form. It will show where in the process your case is, including whether we are waiting for information from yourself, your employer, AVC provider etc.
Alongside emails from our retirements team, this aims to keep you as up to date as possible with the progress of your pension coming into payment.
If you have not yet registered for the Member Portal you can do so by visiting https://mypensionportal.hants.gov.uk/ and selecting ‘register’ on the homepage.
