Due to the impact of Covid-19, many of our team are now working remotely but we wanted to reassure you that we will provide our normal service to you wherever possible, with one exception. Please can you sign up to the Member Portal if you have not already done so. Our Portal allows you to:
- securely view payslips and P60’s
- change your address, name or marital status
- update your bank details
- view any changes in your tax code
- send us a secure message
- view your pension details and annual benefit statement

Please note that we are unable to answer any queries in relation to your tax code; for a tax code query you need to contact HMRC on 0300 200 3300. Pension Services can only apply tax codes that are received directly from HMRC.
