Changes in the Budget (29 October 2018)
Following changes made in the Budget on 29 October 2018, we have now received new factors from the Government Actuary's Department for the calculation of:
- Transfers in (non Club)
- Divorce estimates
- Cash Equivalent Transfer Values (CETV)
We are currently working through the cases we had on hold while waiting for the new factors and would appreciate your patience during this time.

- Opt-out form
If you want to opt out of pension saving, read all the information on this form and complete the declaration overleaf.
- Membership form
Covers All Police Pension Schemes. Please ensure this form is completed and returned. Failure to do so may mean you are entered into the wrong scheme and inter-force transfers may not be completed.
- Retirement declaration
Complete this form if you are retiring and claiming your police pension. Do not complete it more than three months before you retire.
- Transfer booklet
Transfers Booklet for Police Pension Scheme (PPS), New Police Pension Scheme (NPPS) and Police 2015 Scheme. Also transfers from pension schemes outside PPS, NPPS and 2015 schemes.
- Request for cash equivalent transfer
Covers all Police Pension Schemes. Active members only.
- Pensioners - change of bank or building society details
- Pensioners - request an estimate of partner's pension
- Declared partner nomination
NPPS 2006 and PPS 2015 scheme only. Please read the notes with this form.
- Death grant expression of wish
NPPS 2006 and PPS 2015 scheme only. Please read the notes overleaf before you complete this form.
- Change of personal details
Covers all Police Pension Schemes.
