McCloud - Contingent Decisions

Dec 6 2023

The National Police Chief's Council has just produced a document on Contingent Decisions.

A Contingent Decision is a decision that you feel you may have made differently, if the age discrimination identified in the McCloud court case had not occurred. This age discrimination arose from the protections associated with the introduction of the Police Pension Scheme 2015.

Please see Contingent Decision guide and the associated Contingent Decision claim form for more details.
