Common errors with Connect

Connection to HantsNet Desktop failed with status 1110 & any error pertaining to certificates & 0X80070057 Error | The wrong version of receiver in use or local certificates from software such as iTunes and the newest version of receiver. |

Connection to HantsNet Desktop failed with status 0. | A session failed to properly initialise, usually temporary. | Reboot the machine and wait approx. 5-10 minutes for the failed session to drop off and try again. |
User clicks on the computer icon and the desktop fails to load or simply opens another browser window. |
The file association with ICA file extensions which can be resolved by re-associating this to the ICA Client. |

Session disconnecting and the reconnecting- i.e. user getting the grey screen with the spinning circle in the middle. | Usually caused by issues with the LAN/WAN connection where the user is connecting. |
This is normally caused by a slight drop in the connection to the internet.
If it’s your personal machine, you will have to contact your Internet Provider to discuss the stability of your connection. Without a stable, constant connection, you cannot run Citrix. |
Issues uninstalling Citrix on Windows 10 | Windows 10 specific issues with application uninstallation. | You will be unable to remove Citrix via the normal Add/Remove programs. You will have to use the Registry Cleaner to remove this before reinstalling: |
