Care and support

Hampshire care homes

The teams in our Homes and Day Services have many care and support roles. Meaning we can offer the best possible support to people and great career pathways to our staff.

Assistant Practitioners work alongside our nurses in our Nursing Homes. Supporting them in the provision of high quality nursing care.

Nursing Homes have a team of Care Assistants that provide vital care our residents' needs. Activities Co-ordinators plan and organise meaningful activities for our residents to enjoy. These roles are key to making our Homes somewhere our residents can call their home.

Day Opportunities Coordinators and Day Opportunities Facilitators work together in our Day Services. Supporting people to enjoy different opportunities and activities in the local community.

Our homes, respite and crisis units for people with learning disabilities are staffed by Senior Residential Support Officers and Residential Support Officers who support people to feel at home and enjoy their stay whether it is long or short term.
