What you'll do
We deliver a broad range of healthcare services to older people with mental and physical health needs, offering long term dementia care and bed based reablement for hospital leavers, so no two days are ever the same.
Our nurses deal with clinical diagnosis and treatment. You will be responsible for the ‘whole patient experience’ and build relationship with the people in your care.

You will be entitled to a competitive salary, £30,859 - £33,951 plus an additional £6,000 market supplement. You will be given ongoing opportunities to progress in line with your performance.

Annual leave
As an employee of Hampshire County Council, you will receive a generous annual leave entitlement. You will receive a minimum of 24 days per annum (pro rata) rising to a maximum of 30 days after 5 years’ service (dependent on grade).
