Our Short Term Bedded Services support people following discharge from hospital for a period of up to 28 days. These recovery and assessment suites are in three of our nursing and residential homes, working in partnership with the NHS.

What you'll do

As an Adults’ Health and Care Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessments through to delivering the required interventions. Where possible, you will offer community options for residents.

You will seek to ensure positive outcomes for individuals who need additional support. Our Short Term Bedded Services aim to achieve timely hospital discharges and admission avoidance.

    You will be entitled to a competitive salary, £38,092-£42,389 plus an additional £2,000 market supplement. You will be given ongoing opportunities to progress in line with your performance.
